Can you change my view from Bernie to Trump?

At least bernie has introduced policy to try to go green.

Like supporting the Tesla handouts that have made Elon Musk very rich? Or all of the other green energy subsidies for solar, wind, etc that are buying mansions, yachts and private jets for other millonaires and billionaires? All that green crap is for scamming the peasants.

It does matter if a candidate believes in this, because the scientific community at large agreed upon it and to turn a blind eye to the fact humans have influenced a change in our global ecosystem is purely ignorant.

So why all the hyper- focus on the most abstract of ecological issues, how about pollution, deforeststion, resource depletion, mass extinctions of entire species of life, including the frogs and bees mysteriously dying out, that gigantic island of garbage floating in the pacific, soil erosion, nuclear bomb radiation, landfill scarcity, over-intensive farming, invasion of gmo species, overpopulation, ozone layer, etc?

I'm trying to learn about trump and his policies, and climate change is a real threat, and it's something human activity is accelerating at a dangerous rate.

Before Obama was first elected president, his campaign published a book called 'Change you can believe in', outlining his policies should he be elected president. If you can find it, give it a flip-a-roo and see how much of his campaign proposals had anything to do with his agenda once in office. What does it matter what Trumps policy proposals are?

Having someone in power who doesn't even see it as a problem sets us on a worse course of action than having someone who does find that this threat is credible and needs to be dealt with.

I'm still convinced that the ones who profess belief are making the problem worse with their green 'solutions'. So what are you hoping to accomplish, exactly?
