Can we conclude that Christianity is a lie because it goes against our logic?

Speaking as a scientist, a lot of science defies logic, too. Sure, we can come up with logical explanations for them in a coherent way that accounts for data, but so much of it just defies sense of logic or reason. So much of it is counter-intuitive. I think it's better to say that Christianity as a lie, because its claims have never been demonstrated conclusively and its so far fetched. Science is at least able to point to massive bodies of data stretching back decades or even centuries for why it's reached a lot of its conclusions. A lot of theoretical physics is rooted in things we've already observed about the Universe, in math, and experimentally verified, for instance. But religion has never once come close to that, except for mind games and the equivalent of stage magic. They've been playing a game of telephone and "move-the-goal-post" for centuries, while denying anything contradictory or at least uncomfortable.
