I can easily put multiple hours in my hobbies, how do I harness that power into studying for my certifications?

I personally handle to-do list notebooks, planners, and goal-reward lists really well. It was really hard to force myself into keeping the habit before I was medicated, but the productivity was increased so much that the struggle to start and consistent struggle to maintain it was far past worth it. I personally set my order of tasks that I try to alternate with things I'm more willing to do and less willing to have morale boosts. That's personally though, and I only respond well to it because its something that matches up with my interests, learning style, productivity methods, and gives me satisfaction/rewards from completing a task. I think if you can find or change a system to include a personal interest and incorporate the way that you learn/remember things best that's your best bet.

There have been some small things I've used for studying specifically. Music helps me to get started and stay studying. Highlighters and colors helped me stay focused when studying because I could make it more interesting to look at and make a change in colored pen taking notes to hold off boredom. I've heard that in some cases changing writing styles or fonts can help.
