Can you have hashimoto's with normal thyroid levels?

Yes, absolutely. I had very obvious Hashimoto's (diffusely heterogenous thyroid parenchyma, elevated TPO-Ab, and all of the SNPs) and presented with all of the symptoms of hypothyroidism despite euthyroid function (normal-range TSH, fT4, and fT3).

I decided to begin thyroid hormone replacement because a) my TSH was slowly approaching the upper limit of the normal range and b) there is evidence that TSH-suppressive treatment can inhibit the course of thyroid autoimmunity (corroborated by my endocrinologist's clinical experience).

Several months later, all of my symptoms with the exception of cold intolerance have been improved to a significant degree and my TPO-Ab titer has decreased by ~66%.
