Can I instruct jiujitsu classes as a white belt?

No,you shouldnt. Two things to consider here. First, you dont know enough to teach anyone anything,no disrespect, but its just the truth. Im a Blue Belt and I would even consider trying to teach. Second,teaching/coaching kids is even more difficult than teaching adults. You need to break things down to their simplest form. Since you have very little knowledge of BJJ to begin with,it would be next to impossible for you to be able to do this. Ive coached youth sports for almost 20yrs and it took me a while to understand this aspect of coaching. Ask your professor,or some of the advanced belts at your school. You never know, there may be some willing to do it. I have found that the BJJ community can be very giving.
