I’ve always preferred Marvel anyway (in terms of live action movies, at least) but after spending a few months on r/DC_Cinematic and especially r/StarWars I was just about ready to delete my account until I found out this one existed.

This seems to be the only subreddit I’ve been on where being an egotistical, rude fanboy is actually downvoted like it’s apparently supposed to be (I should know, because I’ve been downvoted many times for doing that here)

However, while I go there much less often than before, I will admit that r/DC_Cinematic seems to have become a much nicer place since JL came out, though there’s still the occasional Harley Quinn or Snyder Cut posts that bring back the old toxicity I remember.

And I’ll be avoiding r/StarWars like the plague until at least a few months after Episode 9 comes out.
