I completely understand that and wouldn’t file the 8 weeks just to be safe. But the fact that the spread of this misconception of having to spread it out over 8 weeks is not outlined anywhere. It does say use the rule 8/52, and in my case that would be a little over a week of payments. So if that’s the case, I would pay myself for 2 weeks. My initial question is what would I claim for PUA over the next weeks? There’s no option for that or any guidance about it. As far as I can see no one has a clear answer and there’s no clear law, except from opinionated morons.

But by them misleading people by stating their opinions as facts and saying I’m trying to take advantage of loopholes and commit fraud is preposterous and frankly very unintelligent.
