Can people who have been productive share their schedule?

I usually wake up naturally at around 7-9am brush my teeth while i see what I have to do today and drink a shaker of gfuel and get right into writing papers/ studying then when I feel like i have made good progress I will lean back put music on check emails fix/organize my calendar check social media text people. Then i will get back into working only slightly, maybe structure an essay or a paragraph or think about ideas/arguments. Then i take a shower go to a store and buy some healthy food like a cucumber or apple or something basically just to walk and think. Then I come home/ go to lecture and start working on my actual job, catch-up on school (I work from home) or shit on some randoms in an FPS game until I go to bed at like 1am and watch tiktoks or netflix and fall asleep almost instantly. Hopefully I will be able to incorporate going to the gym everyday into my routine but with lectures it’s hard to find a good schedule.

Basically just start working early in the morning and you will feel like you have been working all day but it’s only like 2pm so you can have like a whole other day. I have written around 30-40 pages of essays (double spaced) without wanting to blow my brains out. As of last sem i had a 3.8-3.9 gpa and i’m 4th year now social sciences, i live 10 min walk from utsg.
