Really appreciate this answer, it’s reasonable and makes perfect sense, but I’m not very fond of bathroom sharing. I think it presents some reasonable issues. If someone sets out to be a pervert and wanted to take a peek in the bathroom opposite of their gender, which ultimately is a place of relative privacy to do your business, that person could essentially change how they identify and go into the opposite bathroom for a peak. No one could really call them out on it, because at that point you’d be assuming their gender, and therefore, if they briefly identified as their opposite gender, who are we to invalidate that for them, even if their intentions were somewhat suspicious? What are your thoughts?
