Userbenchmark stops meaning things for GPUs when it's under +/- 10%. At that point its entirely game dependent.

Just using GameGPU for benchmarks.

In [FarCry 3](http://gamegpu.com/action-/-fps-/-tps/far-cry-3-2012-test-gpu-cpu) the 3GB 1060 is 1fps behind the 970.

In [A Way Out](http://gamegpu.com/action-/-fps-/-tps/a-way-out-test-gpu-cpu) the 3GB 1060 is 1fps ahead.

In [Ni no Kuni II Revenant Kingdom](http://gamegpu.com/rpg/%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%B2%D1%8B%D0%B5/ni-no-kuni-ii-revenant-kingdom-test-gpu-cpu) the 3GB 1060 is 3fps behind.

In [Ghost of a Tale](http://gamegpu.com/rpg/%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%B2%D1%8B%D0%B5/ghost-of-a-tale-test-gpu-cpu) its 1 fps behind.

That's not 'better,' that's on par.
