Can a school see an arrest record if I was underage and not convicted? (CT)

Sorry I actually got that wrong. Actually looking back I think I got a lot of this wrong (I'm now 25 so it's been a long time. I was arrested at 16 for possession of marijuana, and was ordered community service and drug testing (I was not om probation at this time). 9 months of continuations later I had completed my community service but had stopped going to the drug testing. The judge raised my bail to $50,000 and I went to jail to await my next court date as I could not afford the bond (I was 17 at this time). At my next court date I was placed on a year's probation and 6 month suspended sentence, so I guess I was convicted? I'm not sure. I was arrested again about 8 months later, a few days after turning 18, on a violation of probation charge. When came in front of the judge luckily he understood the ridiculousness of the whole situation and told me he was placing me on non-supervised probation for the remainder of my probation term and said if I didn't get arrested in that time my record would be expunged, which is exactly what happened. I don't believe that I was in adult court ever, there was no one else present except for my family and legal/court representatives in any of the court preceedings and it was in a separate court than the adults so I'm assuming it was juvenile.
