If they want you dead because you are albino and they want to grind up your kidneys, that is one thing.

If you can't stop doing something that affects others, like stealing/rape/sabotage/voyeurism or whatever, that is another thing! People don't have to accept being subjected to whatever it is that you do. If i see someone trying to take a picture under the skirt of a random woman in the subway, i'd likely knee him in the side or kick the phone and hurl some abuse his way. Wether or not that person can help it is not important to me at that time.

Same with junkies/pedos//rapists/murderors and other abusers: "I can't help it" won't cut it. Seek treatment and/or take appropriate action. Wanting to do something and doing something are very different.

As a muslim i've wanted to drink with my friends or have intimate relationships before i got married multiple times. There is no punishment for a craving, there is a punishment if you transgress the limits of what is acceptable.
