Can someone explain the Army Airborne for me?

Yeah, I guess that's just life. I hope you're right about no one being held back. There was that Delta officer, Boykin, that's said all kinds of weird shit. If he was ever on the selection board, I hope he left his wacky opinions at home.

I certainly meet plenty of conservatives in my day to day so I'm familiar with the crazy shit. I imagine that flag business would have killed someone's career in the Army. Another Ranger that hangs around here and just got out does mention that almost everyone there had an affinity for the man. But they're clearly not stupid enough to actually do anything as retarded as what the SEALs did.

Although, the SEALs did seem get away with it. I think the Navy and Marines manage their public image better than the Army, for whatever reason. I once mentioned Delta Force to someone off hand in a conversation and they asked what I was talking about.
