Can someone help me?

When I was around 17 years old, going into my senior year of high school, I started getting really bad anxiety attacks and derealization. I think a lot of people at that age tend to start feeling some type away because a lot is happening at once and it’s really just overwhelming with big decisions coming up.

Maybe you don’t realize it, but something maybe subconsciously putting stress on you. On top of that, I think that Humans are definitely community and sociable beings, even if you preferred to be alone, too much of it is not good.

I would say the best step to take in order of feeling a bit better is to actually expose yourself one time to hanging out with people and gradually keep doing it. The first step is always the hardest but once you overcome that it gets a lot easier. Best of luck my friend
