Can someone tell me arguments against WOT and for WT?

Depends I would say …

Some people are actually fine with it to play a game which just merely grazes realism while for others exactly this remotely realistic and arcadish play-stlye is a complete let-down.

For example, some people just like to play in the meantime while the coffee maker just gets the coffee done and they'll nip on some in the last five minutes before they have to leave for work. That's the clientel I would refer to as being the infamous couch-surfing fiveteen-minutes lunch-time 'customers' which most publisher/developer use to fall for in a rush after instant riches.

Others are more serious, sober and ways more non-serious about games in general and greatly appreciate a game's closeness to reality or its loving attention to detail and historic authenticness – especially on games with that very topic of and around WWII. Those people a commonly known as Wehraboos¹.

As for me, this and the very Interface of that other tank-game or planes games are just disgusting and completely destroys the overall atmosphere and a game's immersion by far – again, for me at the very least. In addition, if it's foreseeable that I just have only like 15 minutes, I wouldn't even start up the game since I know I need at least half an hour for a decent RB match – so refuse instead.

You see, there are players or the respective clientel/audience of player-base for a game. … since people are just different.

PS: Stop downvoting me again for no reason just since you can't follow my argument. It's my personal opinion. Thanks in advance!
¹In addition, it's just meant to be a joke.
