Can you still work with a 100% disability rating?

Sure does. On Black Friday I was working and my hip popped. Down I went. My hip got ruined from climbing on helicopters. I tore my lower back after injuring it from picking up a helicopter blade wrong. I destroyed my shoulder after I picked up a P3 rim wrong too. It took about 3 years of consistant training to be able to lift my right arm above my shoulder. As long as I do yoga, weight training , and core I can function with minimal pain. I've tested this twice. After 3 days of no back workouts it starts to burn and runs down my legs. My right hip doesn't get too bad but if I miss a few leg days they begin to pop like rice crispy treats. Hell, after I had surgery (completely separate from injuries) I had to take my pain meds because I could not walk from the pain moving across my back and legs. I'm absolutely terrified about what the future holds considering my back and hip are my biggest issues. If I get pregnant and have to stop working out I'm going to be in excruciating pain. That's why it's incredibly important for me to workout. Not because I want to but because I have to if I dont want to kill myself from the pain.
