I've been on Dexedrine and Wellbutrin for a few years now. We tried out Adderall at one point before landing on Dexedrine and I was on Wellbutrin at the same time.

I was just told to not drink to excess, that yes the stimulants could lower the seizure threshold it wouldn't be enough to worry about as long as I wasn't fucking around with other drugs, including alcohol. I also take abilify for anxiety, again technically can lower the seizure threshold but not enough for my doctor to take me off them. She really stressed not drinking or doing other drugs to avoid the risky outcomes.

Different doctors also have different risk : benefit assessments tho.
