Its not as simple as "don't have kids", motherhood is a really strong urge for most women, some would argue its biologically hardwired.
Ideally they'd work, but not everyone can, outsourcing and automation is killing the 'easy' low IQ jobs, some people just aren't up to scratch for work, its not that they don't want to, if you actually talk to people who don't work you'd find out that most find it boring and unfulfilling and not very comfortable, especially in the U.S its not a very lavish lifestyle. Also you've got the problem of access to abortion, sex ed and birth control.
I don't like kids being born poor or people having to pay for it in taxes either, but surely there are better solutions than this useless sticker which just seems like poor people bashing.
