I'm probably going to be downvoted for this but I'm honestly hoping someone can direct me to ANY high quality information about this. I read Webb's article and many subsequent articles that bring up (in my assessment) some very valid criticisms about his conclusions. The article seems flimsy at best and a bit sensationalist without solid proof to back it up.

I have heard this ("this" being "the CIA injected crack into black communities under Reagan's orders") presented as fact so many times on the internet that I just assumed there was some solid info behind it, declassified docs or something. Can anyone help me out here, is there a source of info other than the Webb article that corroborates this? Or is it just a very popular conspiracy theory?
