Can I trust my Realtor?

Listen here...

  1. Not one time did I mention the MLS. I said, "Zillow is updated just as often as her website". Her website meaning "Century 21's" website. Which I can assume she is sending to "GRIZ_IS_GOD" using auto-prospect if the only properties "GRIZ_IS_GOD" is receiving are in fact Century 21 properties.

No shit man, the MLS is the main database for all real estate, every website pulls data from the MLS. How frequently this data is updated, varies for each website, but with Zillow nowadays it's pretty much instant if not hourly. This isn't 1990 anymore, buyers have access to just as much data as a realtor. Signing up your client for Auto-Prospect and only sending them your listings isn't exactly acceptable today. Sorry if this is a wake-up call to you.

  1. I made it VERY clear that I would be receiving a referral fee, its no secret. I can GUARANTEE you I would put in a lot more work to find a good agent in Denver then quicken loans did. Quicken Loans has an agreement with a broker to give them referrals, they send the broker this lead and it is randomly handed off to an agent in their office. If you are an agent, you know I'm right. Me calling the top 5 agents in the area "GRIZ_IS_GOD" wants to purchase and vetting them, is a WHOLE lot better setup than being tossed off to a random broker.

You know this shit "benigntugboat". So shame on you for trying to put me down.
