Say you're trying to decide whether to eat pizza or tacos. You feel like you are undecided, but when the coin toss lands on tails for tacos, you feel disappointed and realize that you actually wanted pizza. If you have more than two options, you can write them on pieces of paper and fold them up to draw from a hat. Observe the way you feel as you imagine that you have to take that course of action, and trust those gut feelings.

I also enjoy playing with these free online versions of tarot and angel cards, because it's typically encouraging and helpful advice, and it's more fun than staring at the ceiling waiting for inspiration to strike:)
