Can you get a vaccine while not wearing a mask? (please don't jump at me I have sensory issues due to autism)

I would hope that vaccination centres could have an area outdoors where they could vaccinate the odd few who don’t wear masks. Not that I expect them too, but it would be nice to think they wouldn’t force others to be around non-mask wearers.

This.

Thankfully my grandparents were vaccinated a few weeks ago but the idea of them catching it in the vaccination centre always filled me with terror. If I saw someone without a mask in there I would have been very alarmed and not particularly prepared to give the benefit of the doubt

Same. Neither of us would dare to walk around others grandparents without a mask right now either in a vaccination centre I bet?

We're getting downvoted to oblivion for daring to want our family members, for others family members to be safe in a time of high risk for them, arguably a higher risk time than they may have been in in weeks, when they are so close to the finish line. If that's the price to pay for being honest on the internet, then so be it.

If we had a repeat of this discussion in another countries social media, the ones advocating that it's no problem at all to go into vaccination centre without a mask would be the ones getting shamed and downvoted here, not us.
