Can we vaporize air on the top of a craft so the air pressure that’s still on the bottom of the craft pushes it upwards and makes it float?

I kind of meant electrify and destroy or tear apart. Sorry, I don’t know much. I just like to think about things. This likely wouldn’t be the only way either. Just wondering if there is a way to rid the air pressure from the top of a craft so the air pressure on the bottom pushes it upwards. And you could do this on all sides so it moves in all directions. If you think about it in terms of a craft underwater you could maybe electrify the water, turn it into lighter gasses that’ll float up, and constantly do that to all the water that’s above the craft, so the pressure on the bottom pushes it up. Or you could electrify the water in the bottom the gasses push the craft upwards. I don’t even know if this is possible. Just a thought.
