Can you do yoga if you have scoliosis?

I don’t think you understand what a scoliosis spine fusion is. You have extremely mild scoliosis, your limitations are not limitations that OP has or will ever have. OP isn’t going to have alignment issues, OP’s spine is fused, it is what it is. Unless OP has VBT, titanium doesn’t bend. I don’t think you understand that when a person with a spine fusion tries a back end, they simply can’t do it, it’s not like their back breaks. Or if they twist, they can only twist so far. In fact, they can’t even suffer some of the more common disc problems because their spines are fused. You have three people on here with spine fusions who are telling you that yoga is fine to do and OP will be able to figure out their limitations. Don’t discourage someone and ask them to jump through hoops to try what’s basically a simple stretching class (yes, that’s all yoga is, stretching and meditation) when you have no idea what you’re talking about. If OP can’t do a move, he or she can sit it out and move on to the next one, it’s not a big deal.
