can a zdps monk solo t6 rifts?

Yes, it'd just take a while. The term 'a while' depends on how zDPS you go.

If you did truly zDPS things like throw on some pieces of Strength gear because it's better than the Dex gear you have for toughness, reroll the damage (not damage%, the "bonus damage ") off of your weapons for CDR, wearing rings/amulet with Dex/Vit/Life%/socket...... it'd take a bajillion years. Well, maybe not a bajillion years, but probably hours upon hours. By the time you got to the rift guardian you'd probably need to sleep, so it might actually be literally impossible.

Ever play zDPS when EP did a percentage of mob health and Str gear was amazing because it gave armor and Dex didn't? I did, and I had all Str, less than 150k sheet damage, when the rest of the group went another direction, I was just.... well... plinking the mobs until they came back to save me. I was just stuck there. A non-elite felt like taking on a GR90 rift guardian. Health bars just didn't move.

If you have a reasonably set up tanky build with Sunwuko's and some damage stats, dropping a clone that does 1000% weapon damage every time you Cyclone Strike will make it feel reasonable, but not fast by any means.... It'll just feel reasonable.

Going for a more damage oriented pull Monk with less tank stats, you can breeze through T6 at a steady clip, even as a pull Monk, just need to place the palms on the low health mobs, and you're good to go! Pull trash into RG, palm, and BAM! Once you get to the point where you see 500m-1bn EP crits, T6 is literally a joke as a pull Monk, it's not zDPS though, but it's got all the utility, so on that note, building a DPS pull Monk with toughness to withstand the difficulty is probably the best way to go (I'm digressing on that - you wanted to know if zDPS can clear T6, the answer is "do you have a lot of coffee and free time, and can cope with hours of boredom at a time?")
