I agree drivers act dangerously all the time. Therefor you shouldn’t be stupid enough to put yourself at danger while on the road. If they guy was on his phone he could of easily hit the biker. The biker has a few meters on the side he could of used to be allot more safe, there’s no denying he could of moved over more. In this occasion there was a car oncoming from the other side of the road which complicates the situation. The whole thing could have been avoided had the biker not been hogging the road, mind you this guy has a mirror and could of moved for 1 second, then after the car stops he proceeds to hog up the road instead of letting the car pass easily. This whole thing could have been avoided as well if people like you would hold bikers accountable. As for people like me in this situation, I would of slowed down for the car on the left to pass and probably go over the middle like a little to pass him.

Better be smart, than run over.
