Is Canada Headed Towards a Recession?

Totally disagree with this. We need more companies to come here and more rich to come spend their money here.

The rich don't spend their money, otherwise they would not be rich anymore...

"Wealth isn't about how much money you make or spend it's about how much money you keep" -Warren Buffet

Most rich people buy stocks and they buy it from other investors. Since most high rolling investors are rich, the profits of the sale of stocks stays within the circle of rich people and does not "trickle down" to the rest of us.

When they buy real estate, commercial or residential, they buy it from another real estate investor. The money does not trickle down, it stays inside the circle of the rich and because the property gets bought at a higher price, rents go up, hammering the little guy.

The fact is that rich people and corporations will not host their money in Canada no matter how low the taxes because some countries charge no taxes... And if the rich pay no taxes, how exactly is society benefiting from having rich people here?
