I would try to get something with an IPS display and not a TN one. If you don't know the difference, then take a look at this:
The cheapest option for a laptop with an IPS display, would be the Lenovo Flex 2 15, which is currently on sale:

The next best one would be a Dell laptop, so you will have to decide if you would consider it.
Dell Inspiron 15 i5548-4167SLV:
It has a newer CPU/GPU, more RAM and a bigger HDD. Up to you if it's worth the 200 bucks more.
Here are also two alternatives with a smaller display:
Both have very similar specs. 1080p IPS touchscreen, Intel i5, 8 GB of RAM, 500 GB HDD. The biggest difference would be the keyboard. The Dell sports a backlit one.
