Canada's unemployment rate dips, economy adds 48,000 jobs

What about stay at home moms that cant afford to work because of daycare

If they want work, they will be counted among discouraged workers. If they would rather stay at home with the child, why would you count them as unemployed?

what about the people living in the middle of nowhere getting paid by reserves just to live there

If they are happy with their basic income, and elect not to work, why would you count them among the unemployed?

Do we count a 15 year old as having a job if its part time

Yes. Employment figures are based on the population of 15 and over.

but don't count them as not having a job if they're unemployed because of their age?

Why would their age cause them to be unemployed? 15 year olds are legally allowed to work.

stop skewing the stats

I get the impression you want to skew the stats.

provide real data

Says the guy who a few minutes ago thought that discouraged workers were not included in the unemployment figures. It's not clear if you even have any idea of what data is available. Are you just looking for something to rage about, even if it has no basis in reality?

how many people are working a real job.

There is employment data too, if you want to know about those who are working.
