Terrible experience from Mike's.
Around new years I realized that there weren't going to be any more great deals on video cards, so I bought this when the website said it was in stock. Got an order email immediately.
Waited a few days with no news or card charge, so this week I finally contact support, which instructs me to call the store as I had chosen instore pickup.
Store tells me I'm fucked, theres no way they're getting stock any time soon, and that prices have gone up so they won't honor my price either.
Email support again, they tell me the store's wrong, but they don't have an ETA. Call store again, tell them what support told me, they say they'll sort it out with support and contact me back. I did not get contacted back that day.
Start live chat with support as I am getting frustrated, and now they're also chirping the store's tune as well.
At no point did they try to initialize contact with me about the stock issue they could have easily seen, no attempt to fix it, or compensate me. If there was a more immediate response, I could've at least gone with another card, but now they're all more expensive AND out of stock.
