I feel like the forgiveness aspect is being overlooked in this thread to the extent that forgiveness is more like "Well, I don't really give a shit anymore". Fair enough I suppose, but I feel like forgiveness should come with something a bit more than just lying low. Granted, the situation varies, and I'm not especially familiar with the situation in the OP (I wouldn't hold one guy's actions against the rest of the band, pending their actions, though apparently allegations have spread beyond just the one guy from a few years back(?)). However I don't like that these conversations seem to be more about not caring than anything actually involving forgiveness, separating the artist from the art, etc.
