It’s unfair because you’re being punished for something you had no control of. You didn’t chose to cross the border illegally.Your parents made that decision for you. As people above said your attorney kind of fucked you over however, even if he did you still had no other choice to but to leave us and apply from the country of your origin. It just makes it more difficult on you. But like I said I would wait for the court date and try to explain what happened etc but, you’re better off going with an attorney. Worst case scenario they will give you the date by which you have to leave the country. And you can start process in your homeland but I’m sure it will be quite a long one.
