I'm sorry that happened to you. The human body has an amazing ability to heal itself. You need to believe in yourself and you still need your parents in your life. That is a hard truth, but life is so much more difficult without your family.

What a screwed up situation right? The autoimmune disorder.. The medication. Like a perfect maelstrom of bad luck.

Hit the gym and force your body to adapt. It is measurable progress. When you see your body adapting you will feel better.

Try to think of it as some of the worst luck in the world - and you survived to live another day. Youre going to need your parents in your life. Try to forgive their ignorance and your misfortune.

It's amazing how much better my health is after quitting meds I am pretending I take lithium.
