I am having the same issue - i cannot export any logs because the program instantly crashes the second i click anything after it says "bluestacks engine cannot start"

i have a GTX 1070, fully updated Windows 10 21H1 on an Nvme SSD, 32gb DDR4 RAM and Intel i5 9th gen desktop processor - I've used revo Uninstaller and the bst cleaner but it still refuses to start. i even did a clean windows install of both windows 10 and 11 and it still fails to install. no other program has issues and this is the same computer that can also handle running manjaro with 3 screens of windows 10, 1 of windows 11 and 2 of mac vms at the same time. so the Computer is plenty capable.
