Can't believe just how bad the support for a $300 headset is

I'm still pissed off, I mentioned in my original post it died after the warranty period. I would expect to at least get more than a CS rep not even looking at the issue I'm having and just copying and pasting a response because they saw a a date that was earlier than they can be fucked to care about.

I've had $50 mice have tracking issues before out of warranty, that was whatever, they lasted a year or two, I can just buy another one.

But getting this sort of treatment from a company after buying their most expensive "premium" headset is unacceptable, it hasn't been years, it's been 6 months over the shitty US warranty period and if I was in Europe I'd still have 6 months of warranty left.

They clearly just make shoddy products and don't give a shit how much you spend or what you buy, $300 down the drain and I'm sure I'm far from the only one.

I'm not only angry at my treatment, I'm angry because SS are clearly putting out poor quality products and their warranty reflects that. They could make their warranty longer in the US or at the very least pay attention to the issues people have but instead we're just supposed to deal with a $300 paperweight after a year and a half. The issue was a result of their product being bad, there was no fault on my end besides, it seems, buying this shit in the first place, why shouldn't I be mad?
