Cant feel subutex. After 2 months tianeptine

Hi, How are you doing? One thing I'm not judging you or saying in anyway that you are lying. I only meant to share my experience.

When you say you don't feel 6mg Sub are you saying you're still feeling like you're in withdrawals?

In response to your original question I can tell you that once I went on Prozac it didn't matter if I was on it or off it, I do believe that Prozac changed my body's response to opiates/opioids. Similar to what you are experiencing. I do believe in some way it's as if it increased my tolerance to opiates. It sounds like what you are experiencing.

Sub is such a weird drug. Some days 8mg will get me through the day, some days not. Some days I feel it more than other days.

Maybe try going up on the dose of Sub, but go slow so you don't keep pushing your tolerance higher. Do you think you can go days/weeks without any meds like you're thinking? If you can it would probably be better to work to get stable on Sub. Find a doctor you can be completely open with. That's the tough part. I struggle with anxiety as I'm sure you do and my current Sub doctor does not want me on benzos. I've never been a benzo guy but Valium is what helps me with my anxiety. If he pulls me off Valium I'm finding another doctor. It's so fucking frustrating to have a doctor that doesn't seem to comprehend the difference between opiate abuse disorder and an anxiety disorder. Subutex is a not a fix all drug. That's why the FDA has now changed their position on a patient taking benzos with buperenorphine. Many people relapse due to struggling with an anxiety disorder. The FDA now recognizes that and is advising physicians to educate the patient about the dangers of combining the two, but don't refuse the combination if needed. I did compromise and gave up Ambien. It's been hell not sleeping. I'm sort of struggling right now so I apologize if I rambled. I hope to hear from you and hope you're ok.
