Why can't I be just friends with the other bachelors/bachelorettes?

Nothing disrespectful toward women, eh?

1) > a large percentage of those friends are men who originally wanted to have sex with you What a lovely insinuatuon that my male friends either find me hideously unattractive and consequently tolerate friendship or are merely hanging on to the consolation prize of friendship in vain hope that I'll succumb to their manliness and submit to be mated.

2) >you speak so callously because you are a woman, and in most cases women dictate the pace of romantic affairs There is something inherently wrong/bad/unnatural/unfair that a woman set the pace of a romantic encounter? Obviously I'm callous because I have too much power. My differing opinion is a result of callousness (formerly frigidity), not different life experiences with different men. Can you tell me the logical fallacy there or do you only remember Ad Hominem?

3) >check your tone, you're talking nonsense and are fairly hostile for no reason I reread my post, I don't see hostility, I see assertion and inference from your comments. But, even were it hostile, I'd say the "you're most definitely a woman" is essentially the single most derogatory line you can use to discredit and belittle a person's opinion. What is more of an Ad Hominem attack than dismissing one based on gender?

4) >they [women] view platonic friendship very differently than do the majority of men First, the use of a pronoun is inherently dismissive and belittling, and indicates an "other" mentality toward women. Second the insinuation that a woman cannot intellectually comprehend something she didn't feel in her own fluttering heart is the single most insulting thing you've stated and, as you can see, you developed quite a list in relatively few words.

I see "The Truth" is up for debate when a man disagrees with you, but a woman can only disagree because of her anatomy. A man can present you with a similar anecdotal argument and get a reasoned response. Here's a proposition for how to fix the gender relationships in the game that may be more to your liking:

Female player characters can be friends with anyone but, upon introduction, 2 out of 3 men (married or bachelors) will immediately proposition her or become mute for the rest of the game. The ~3 that remain are her friend and spouse options.

Male characters have to declare at the start what women (married or bachelorttes) he wants to mate, he must make this decision for all females in 2 minutes (since personality is not a factor). He can only get to 4 hearts with all but one of the mates because sexual tension will not allow otherwise. He can get to 6 hearts with the uglies but doesn't really enjoy seeing them and gets a debuff after speaking to them. He can only get to 9 hearts with his wife since her frigidity assertiveness opinions callousness keeps putting him off of 10.

I'm sure someone would make the mod for you.
