John1099 Well this is a pesky problem! Been at it all day. Seen many people that have this problem with few solutions that work. I have a solution that worked for me. Go to device manager, select "Human Interface Devices", I started uninstalling all "USB Input Devices" first, then selected "Logitech USB Input Device" and uninstalled that, I think that was important. It's very helpful, well mandatory to have an old corded mouse or a wireless mouse that works. That way your able to right click on the desired device and choose, "Uninstall". Don't worry about uninstalling, Win10 will typically find the new devices connected once you get rid of the bad driver install that is causing the system to hang up. Once that is found the system will then be able to recognize the "Unifying Receiver" that has been there the whole time. Just hung up by the Driver Gods in Windows. Hope this helps for you, it did for me. Like
