Why can't people come into a business, order, and pay?

Hmm... well, if I am not mistaken...

I think you are perhaps asking why some customers, who are making a purchase at a business (restaurant/retail etc...), tend to make a big annoying, overly-complicated production of the whole thing?

If so, whelp... that's just the nature of reality in terms of human-psychology. There is no easy answer -- if there was, then businesses would have answered/solved this question long ago with a viable solution.

In other words, there will ALWAYS be a minority of drama-queen customers that tend to spread misery, and extremely tedious to handle and work with.

These types of customers/clients appear in all sectors and walks-of-life, whether you are a medical doctor, police officer, accountant, counter sales person, lawyer, web-designer, movie producer, restaurant sector worker... etc... it's unavoidable, and you will encounter these incredibly annoying drama-queens.

In my private life, I try to avoid such people like the plague, as they are very much like a poison to your spirits!

I've noticed that these types of people also often act surprised (probably completely clueless) as to the fact that large numbers of people don't seem to like them, and how so many people find them repulsive, everywhere they go.

With them, it's always an argument and tension wherever they go, in which they blame everyone else, except themselves.

It's never their fault!

I've also noticed that these difficult drama-queen types often tend to have huge feuds with their families, friends, neighborhoods... and argue intensely with pretty much any other person they come into contact with!

Again, in a business setting, not much you can do except hope they go away as quickly as possible, and never come back!

(Some clients/customers are just not worth keeping/retaining.)
