I can't do this right now.

I know plenty of lawyers who are successful and love what they do.

Thanks for that Donald.

We have by far the highest alcohol abuse rate. Law students have a far higher student loan default rate than med students and MBA students. We work egregious hours. Our entry level pay scale is completely bi-modal - you either "hit the lotto" or "get sent to the gas chamber." Society, by and large, absolutely fucking hates our tribe, and I can't say I blame them.

Obviously, I am an exceptionally miserable twat but there's no need to be so obtuse, Pally. Law school has been exposed for the scam that it is, and the profession is slowly dying.

Oh, and should we discuss the work itself? Mind numbingly boring. Any cunt with a pulse can copy and paste together discovery or a motion in limine, or defend a deposition of an imbecile client who for some reason won't shut the fuck up. 99% of legal work - at least in litigation - is completely fucking superfluous, just an excuse for the diabolical ID mills to bill the client. Thank god the mouth breathing laypeople don't realize how remarkably unsophisticated the whole process is and attempt to settle their shit themselves. Otherwise, even more of us mongoloids would be stinking up the breadlines. Then again, most of my "clients" can't read or write so I guess it makes sense they look to "people" like me for help when they've been "injured." Regardless, they're probably better off going to their priest or something and asking him to write a demand letter. But I digress.
