Can't seem to enjoy eating anything unless it's chocolate?

Start small love. Make sure your portions are smaller. Instead of having tub of ice cream etc have a banana with Nutella or a chocolate granola bar or better yet some type of chocolate yogurt. I would start cooking more and experimenting until you find something you do like. There’s so many good foods like sushi, chicken fried rice, salmon based bowls. Once you start eating different foods you’ll start craving the chocolate less. Maybe eat your meals with chocolate milk to balance it out. But the path you’re going down now mental isn’t good babe. I’m the SAME way when I’m craving something I don’t want anything else and I won’t feel satisfied, BUT if you make a fully conscious effort to do this for a week then the following time will seem less strenuous.
