From my personal experience I do not recommend beginners to go with Rodriguez full or any other due to the fact that they can be quite finicky to get right, I recommend installing your Electrolizers every 4 floors and design your base so that the Hydrogen just collects at the top you can then install pumps to collect and store the Hydrogen while simultaneously powering your base with it as far as the heat from the Electrolizers you can build temperature shift plates which will last you long enough to get a simple aquatuner cooling loop which can then be used to cool the Electrolizers just by exposing a bit of the plumping to each Electrolizers using radiant pipes this can go for 500+ cycles as long as you can store your hydrogen.
