^{Just some advice in case things go bad and you live in the US. - Do not leave and not take the kids. One of the main reasons women get the kids is she leaves or makes the dad leave......the kids are with her. The court wants stability over everything for them. So uprooting them and giving them to you is one of those destabilizing things. and you may not even get to see them half the time. YOU TAKE THOSE KIDS or you kick her out and keep them. If they are with you and everything is going smooth you are in the best position. - If you don't make much or like most people you are just getting by....you then need a new apartment, maybe another vehicle, deposits, more monthly bills, etc. So if you can't make a nice place for them because of alimony and child support and she has the kids, more instability. You have to go to the park or her house to see them and they can't come to your place...........you are fucked and still paying for everything. She is with the kids and still a bitch and you are ruined. TAKE THOSE KIDS if you decide to end it. Have it all ready and planned. ave the place you are taking them to ready and just leave a note from a lawyer. - Don't get upset, leave and then not even get 50% visitation. Don't let her have that and don't miss out.}
