Cant stick to Keto long enough.

Do you like cheese? And meet? And butters? Because if you make those your go to things then you'll fill up on them and it'll be harder to go for the cops. And you can throw in some vegetables in there but I found that by bringing myself towards the meats and butter use and Jesus admitted way easier. I like hamburgers so hamburger with something I just would have. I'd make a big thing of it and then just go into the fridge and warm up the stuff I wanted Adams and cheese snack and butter and it just made it so much easier.

I still ate a lot for the first several weeks because I think my desire for carbs and my insulin resistance was up enough that I was consistently feeling hungry. And that was what was driving my Cravings because I was a lot like you wear at night my mind which is be played with wanting something. I'd get some food in my mind and my thoughts would just stay on it to the point where I couldn't even distract myself. And that's how I know it was really time for me to do keto because I don't think I'd really been like that probably since maybe I was a teenager.

When you get that feeling and you want to have the carbs pick something else that is from the keto where are we eating that you can have instead that you really like and just keep doing that but try to make sure it's something that isn't really carbie. For me cheese and beef and butter were favorite. Some people do really well with bacon.
