[Canucks] OFFICIAL: Canucks re-sign Boeser to a three-year deal worth an average annual value of $5.875 million

As a Leafs fan, no, this was not fine. The Leafs remain the only team to have failed to sign their important RFAs to reasonable deals. We lost our 1st, Brown and Kadri and have a maxxed out cap. None of the divisional rivals have had to do this.

I'm struggling to figure out what point you're trying to make with the 1st, Brown and Kadri thing.

The Kadri deal was a great deal. We lost an underutilized 2C playing in the 3C slot for a younger 3C and a top pairing defenseman. The 1st was to get rid of Marleau, which literally every Leafs fan understands needed to happen for more reasons than just Mitch, unless you think he's 6M overpaid. Zaitsev needed to be moved and Brown had to be included.

Sure, Mitch is overpaid absolutely, but nothing you just said makes any sense. Also, not sure if you've noticed, but ALL of our divisional rivals will be against the cap when opening night comes. The Bruins still have to resign Carlo and Tampa has to resign point. How is this even upvoted?
