Why do Capitalists believe so little in human beings?

Well you See your view of Capitalists are very exaggerated. While I wouldn't call myself a total Capitalist, I do believe that it is the best way to Go. Don't get me wrong the Idea of Communism is great and I would love to live in a society like that, but it is unfortunately too much of a Utopia to exist. What we need to do is try and promote Social Democracy or as some people call it "Friendly Capitalism" where both the Worker and the Business benefits. However, in my opinion Capitalistic Libertarianism should never be considered, because that gives the business all the rights to do whatever they want. Such examples in Libertarianism going bad can be seen in the upcoming game "Cyberpunk 2077".
