[Capitalists] Why does capitalism keep encouraging joblessness?

Is this a good economic worldview? What shapes this? Why aren't they talking about how much money rich people have while discussing inflation? Why don't they even try to identify the constraints of inflation and money supply - raw materials and workers? Why don't they discuss the role of taxation?

Why do they point at workers as making too much money and having too many jobs?

Because more than enough economists are ideologues who like to drape their fucked up worldview with thick layers of scholarly sophistication. Ideology becomes particularly dangerous when it nestled away in impressive sounding rhetoric that presents questionable premises as immovable facts.
