Thank you so much for the reply!!! That’s an interesting reply, and I do feel as if our insurance is looking for the easiest resolve, even if it’s not the best.

I was wondering if you know if insurance companies aren’t allowed to share the info we gave them relating to the accident…. ? We requested any documents from they had (from us) to see if they are missing any essential details or if maybe my dad worded something poorly, but they told us they’re not allowed to show us due to privacy. I don’t really understand that as we were the ones to write letters of permission for them to receive our police statements etc. I feel like my dad’s being tossed around by the company and he’s not the best at communicating lol.

How can I tell where something might’ve went wrong on paper if they won’t show me anything.? blah
