This is the timeline that we ended up sending to him.

We brought our car to you on October 1st, 2020 and you advised that there were metal shavings in the oil and we required a new engine. You then advised that you went through two different engines as the first was faulty. After waiting for 1 month and 13 days, you returned the BMW two us.

On November 16th, 2020 while driving on the 401 in heavy morning traffic, the car completely shut down and would not restart. When Jared called you that day you advised him that it was a battery issue. During that conversation you also told Jared you did not want the car back at your shop, would not pay for a tow or for it to be looked at elsewhere. At this point, we felt there was nothing left you were willing to do to fix our vehicle properly

In Dec we took the BMW to a shop and have a report showing the battery was functioning perfectly fine. We continued to have issues with any drive longer than a quick drive around town, so we borrowed a car until we could get it looked at by another mechanic. On February 26th, 2021 the check engine light came on and the car completely shut down again.

As of March 18, we have received a diagnostic report from another mechanic and a quote to yet again replace the engine and redo all the work you previously state to have done on our BMW
