Carcharodons as Blood Angels?

Apparently I'm wrong. I could swear that I remember someone getting asked to use SM Codex when list building for a tournament, but a lot of info says otherwise. Here's a wall of text that I checked was right.

There is nothing that says you can't run a Forge World Character's Chapter (like CARCHARADONS or MINOTAURS) as a DA/BA successor. The only stated requirement (in the Space Marine Codex) is around known successor chapters, like RAPTORS being a known successor of RAVEN GUARD:

If your Chapter does not have an associated Chapter Tactic, use the Chapter Tactic of its founding Chapter. For example, Crimson Fists are a successor Chapter of the Imperial Fists, so should use the Chapter Tactic of the Imperial Fists. If you are unsure of a Chapter’s founding Chapter, either consult the background sections of our books or choose a Tactic from the table that best describes its character and fighting style.

In their respective codexes, the below rules for successors are stated:

Dark Angel successors can't use named DARK ANGELS characters or any relics, besides the HeavenFall Blade (if a Character from that Successor is the Warlord). They can use all Strategems, except Relics of the Rock.

Blood Angel successors can't use named BLOOD ANGELS characters or any relics, besides the Archangel’s Shard (if a Character from that Successor is the Warlord). They can use all Strategems, except Armoury of Baal.

When using Blood Angel or Dark Angel datasheets or stratagem with a Forgeworld character and chapter without a 100% confirmed founding chapter, you just replace the DARK ANGELS faction keyword with MINOTAURS (for example).

Note: Unlike the Space Marine Codex, which denies Warlords from Successor Chapters from using the founding Chapters Warlord Trait, Dark Angels and Blood Angels Successors can use their Warlord Traits.

So Tyberos could be DA and take the Fury of the Lion Warlord Trait, combined with his existing aura, that would mean +2 STR to nearby units when he charges.

In the case of Tyberos and Lord Asterion Moloc, they don't have the CAPTAIN keyword, only CHAPTER MASTER, so couldn't use Death Visions of Sanguinious or Inner Circle, for example.

Captain Silas Alberec of the Exorcists or Captain Corien Sumatris of the Astral Claws on the other hand, could use Death Visions of Sanguinious or Inner Circle as they have the required CAPTAIN keyword, and are eligible to be run as Blood Angels or Dark Angels because their founding chapter isn't 100% confirmed.
